Manvantarāṇukīrtana
Enumeration of the Manvantaras and Manus
caturdaśaite manavaḥ kīrtitā kīrtivardhanāḥ | manvaṃtareṣu sarveṣu saṃhārāṃte punarbhavaḥ

It highlights cyclical time: even exalted cosmic rulers like the Manus recur with each Manvantara, while the Shaiva Siddhanta focus is to seek Pati (Shiva), who transcends recurring manifestation and dissolution.
By stressing the repeatable nature of cosmic administration, it indirectly points devotees to worship Saguna Shiva in the Linga—Shiva as the stable refuge and Lord of pralaya—rather than clinging to temporary cosmic roles.
Contemplate impermanence through japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and steady Shiva-dhyana, cultivating detachment from cyclical worldly order and turning the mind toward Shiva as the liberating Lord.
