The verse praises Devī Pārvatī as the life-giving Śakti whose grace gathers all auspiciousness and removes inauspicious forces, showing that well-being (including family harmony and worthy progeny) is ultimately received through divine grace aligned with dharma.
In Śaiva tradition, worship of Saguna Śiva is complete with Śakti: the Liṅga signifies Śiva as Pati (Lord), while Pārvatī is the compassionate power that bestows saubhāgya and protection. This verse reflects that integrated Śiva-Śakti devotion.
A practical takeaway is Devī-stuti alongside Śiva worship—reciting the Pañcākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with a prayer to Pārvatī for auspiciousness, and maintaining purity practices like Tripuṇḍra-bhasma and Rudrākṣa as supports for steady bhakti.
