Sukta 5.53
स्तुहि भोजान्त्स्तुवतो अस्य यामनि रणन्गावो न यवसे । यतः पूर्वाँ इव सखीँरनु ह्वय गिरा गृणीहि कामिनः ॥
stúhi bhojā́nt stuvató asyá yā́mani raṇán gā́vo ná yávase | yatáḥ pū́rvān-iva sákhīn ánu hvaya girā́ gṛṇīhi kā́minaḥ ||
આ ગાયકના આ આગ્રસર યાત્રામાર્ગે, હે ઇચ્છુક, દાનશીલ ભોજાઓનું સ્તુતિ કર; જેમ ગાયો ચારા માટે રણકે છે તેમ. જ્યાં તું છે ત્યાંથી—પૂર્વના મિત્રોની જેમ તેમને અનુહ્વાન કર; વાણીથી તેમને ગાઈને ઉચ્ચાર, અને મરુત-શક્તિઓને નજીક લાવ.
