Sukta 2.35
स ईं वृषाजनयत्तासु गर्भं स ईं शिशुर्धयति तं रिहन्ति । सो अपां नपादनभिम्लातवर्णोऽन्यस्येवेह तन्वा विवेष ॥
sa īṁ vṛ́ṣā janayat tā́su gárbhaṁ sa īṁ śíśur dhayati táṁ rihanti | só apā́m napā́d anabhimlāta-varṇó ’nyásyevehá tanvā́ viveṣa ||
તે બળવાન વૃષભ તે જળોમાં સર્જનનો ગર્ભ સ્થાપે છે; તે જ શિશુ તેમનું દૂધ પીવે છે, અને તેઓ તેને સ્નેહથી ચાટે છે, પોષે છે. એ જ અપાં નપાત્ છે—નિર્મળ તેજવાળો—જે અહીં પોતાના જ શરીરથી પ્રવેશી વ્યાપે છે, જાણે અન્ય લોકનો હોય તેમ.
