Rama–Sugriva Alliance and Fire-Rite of Friendship
इक्ष्वाकूणां कुले जातो रामो दशरथात्मजः।धर्मे निगदितश्चैव पितुर्निर्देशपारगः4.5.3।।
ikṣvākūṇāṃ kule jāto rāmo daśarathātmajaḥ |
dharme nigaditaś caiva pitur nirdeśa-pāragaḥ || 4.5.3 ||
ઇક્ષ્વાકુ વંશમાં જન્મેલા દશરથનંદન શ્રીરામ ધર્મ માટે પ્રસિદ્ધ છે; અને પિતાના આદેશને પૂર્ણતા સુધી પાર પાડનાર છે.
