ऋषय ऊचुः । यदिदं भारतं वर्षं पुण्यं पुण्यविधायकम् । तत्सर्वं नः समाचक्ष्व त्वं हि नो बुद्धिमान्मतः

ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | yadidaṃ bhārataṃ varṣaṃ puṇyaṃ puṇyavidhāyakam | tatsarvaṃ naḥ samācakṣva tvaṃ hi no buddhimānmataḥ

ઋષિઓએ કહ્યું—આ ભારતવર્ષ પવિત્ર છે અને પુણ્ય આપનારું છે. તેનું સર્વ વર્ણન અમને કહો, કારણ કે અમે તમને બુદ્ધિમાન માનીએ છીએ.
