The Greatness of Hari’s Janmāṣṭamī (Jayantī) Vow

नवम्यां सैव वा ग्राह्या सप्तमीसंयुता न हि । किं पुनर्बुधवारेण सोमेनापि विशेषतः

navamyāṃ saiva vā grāhyā saptamīsaṃyutā na hi | kiṃ punarbudhavāreṇa somenāpi viśeṣataḥ

તે માત્ર નવમીમાં જ ગ્રહણ કરવી; સપ્તમી-સંયુક્ત હોય તો નહિ. તો પછી બુધવારે પડે તો વધુ જ, અને સોમ (સોમવાર/ચંદ્ર) સંયોગ હોય તો વિશેષરૂપે.
