FAQs

Freedom from disease, dedication to knowledge and meditation, commitment to sacrifice and charity, and a compassionate disposition.

Both: it describes a spiritually mature society (knowledge, meditation, sacrifice) that expresses its inner cultivation outwardly through charity and compassion.

A complete dharmic life integrates inner discipline (jñāna and dhyāna) with outward action (yajña and dāna) grounded in compassion (dayā).
