वायुरुवाच । पंचरूपेण तिष्ठामि करोम्येवं शुभाशुभम् । चर्मकायेस्थितोमात्यः स्पर्शं संश्रयते गुणम्
vāyuruvāca | paṃcarūpeṇa tiṣṭhāmi karomyevaṃ śubhāśubham | carmakāyesthitomātyaḥ sparśaṃ saṃśrayate guṇam
વાયુએ કહ્યું—હું પંચરૂપે સ્થિત રહું છું અને એમ જ શુભ-અશુભ ફળ ઉપજાવું છું. ચર્મકાયમાં સ્થિત સ્પર્શેન્દ્રિય પોતાના ગુણનો આશ્રય લે છે.

Application: Regulate prāṇa and touch: practice clean living, moderation, and breath-awareness (japa with measured breathing); cultivate ‘sparśa-śuddhi’ by avoiding harmful contact and choosing sanctifying touch (tilaka, prasāda, respectful gestures).
