તે ગ્રંથ સત્તર હજાર શ્લોકોનો, ચાર સંહિતાઓમાં સુવ્યવસ્થિત અને શુભ છે; હે મુને, જેમાં બ્રહ્માજાત ઋષિઓએ પ્રાચીનકાળે નાનાવિધ ધર્મો ઉપદેશ્યા હતા।
