होतव्यं च घृताभ्यक्तं चरुभक्षादिकं पुनः मन्त्रैर्दशाहुतीर्हुत्वा होमं व्याहृतिभिस्ततः //

ઘીથી અભ્યક્ત ચરુ-ભક્ષ્ય વગેરેને ફરી અગ્નિમાં હોમ કરવો જોઈએ. મંત્રોથી દસ આહુતિ આપીને, ત્યારબાદ વ્યાહૃતિઓથી હોમ કરવો।
