देवी क्रुद्धा गदापातैश्चूर्णयामास चोद्धतम् ।

वाष्कलं भिन्दिपालेन बाणैस्ताम्रं तथान्धकम् ॥

Transliteration

devī kruddhā gadāpātaiś cūrṇayāmāsa coddhatam | vāṣkalaṃ bhindipālena bāṇais tāmraṃ tathāndhakam ||

Translation

દેવી ક્રોધિત થઈ ગદાના પ્રહારો વડે તે દર્પીને ચકનાચૂર કરવા લાગી. વાષ્કલને ભિંદિપાલથી ચીરી નાખ્યો અને તામ્ર તથા અંધકને બાણોથી પાડી દીધા।
