स प्रविश्याश्रमपदं तां तन्वीं जगतीपतिः ।
अपश्यमानस्तमृषिं प्रियेत्यामन्त्र्य पृष्टवान् ॥
sa praviśyāśramapadaṃ tāṃ tanvīṃ jagatīpatiḥ |
apaśyamānas tam ṛṣiṃ priyety āmantrya pṛṣṭavān ||
આશ્રમના પરિસરમાં પ્રવેશ કરીને પૃથ્વીપતિએ તે સુકુમારી સ્ત્રીને જોઈ; મુનિને ન જોઈ ‘પ્રિયે’ કહી સંબોધીને તેમના વિષે પૂછ્યું।
