यादृशं पुरुषस्येह परदाराभिमर्षणम् ।

देवार्चनाग्निकार्याणां तथा गुर्‍वभिवादनम् ॥

Transliteration

yādṛśaṃ puruṣasyeha paradārābhimarṣaṇam | devārcanāgnikāryāṇāṃ tathā gurvabhivādanam ||

Translation

અહીં જે પુરુષ પરસ્ત્રીગમનમાં પ્રવૃત્ત થાય છે, તેને મહાદોષ અને પતન થાય છે; તેમ જ જે દેવપૂજા, અગ્નિકર્મો અને ગુરુ‑વૃદ્ધોને પ્રણામ કરવાનું અવગણે છે, તેને પણ એ જ દોષ લાગે છે.
