नग्नाः पातकिनश्चैव हन्युर्दृष्ट्या पितृक्रियाम् ।

अपुमानपविद्धश्च कुक्कुटो ग्रामशूकरः ॥

Transliteration

nagnāḥ pātakinaś caiva hanyur dṛṣṭyā pitṛ-kriyām / apumāna-paviddhaś ca kukkuṭo grāma-śūkaraḥ

Translation

નગ્ન વ્યક્તિઓ અને પાપીઓ માત્ર દર્શનથી જ પિતૃકર્મને દૂષિત કરે છે. તેમજ કૂકડો, ગામનો ડુક્કર, અને ‘અપુમાન-પવిద్ధ’ (નિંદિત/અશુચિ) વ્યક્તિ—એમને પણ દૂર રાખવા જોઈએ.
