Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati
प्रणिपत्य ततः सोऽथ किमेतदिति विस्मितः ।
पप्रच्छ पितरं तात ! सोऽस्मै सम्यक् तदुक्तवान् ॥
praṇipatya tataḥ so 'tha kim etad iti vismitaḥ | papraccha pitaraṃ tāta! so 'smai samyak tad uktavān ||
ત્યારે તે આશ્ચર્યચકિત થઈ નમસ્કાર કરીને પિતાને પૂછ્યું—“પિતાજી, આ શું છે?” ત્યારે પિતાએ તેને તે વાત યથાવત્ યોગ્ય રીતે સમજાવી।
