अवशिष्टेन पापेन पुण्येन च समन्वितः ।
ततश्चारोहणीं जातिं शूद्रवैश्यनृपादिकाम् ॥
avaśiṣṭena pāpena puṇyena ca samanvitaḥ | tataś cārohaṇīṃ jātiṃ śūdra-vaiśya-nṛpādikām ||
બાકી રહેલા પાપ અને પુણ્યથી યુક્ત થઈ તે પછી ઉન્નતિદાયક જન્મ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે—જેમ શૂદ્ર, વૈશ્ય, રાજા વગેરેમાં।
