धनंजयस्य आश्वासनम्

Dhanaṃjaya’s Reassurance and the Opening Engagement

बिभ्रन्मालां महातेजा: पद्मोत्पलसमायुताम्‌ । विप्रेक्षष्माणो बहुभिनातृप्पत्‌ सुमहाहवम्‌

vaiśampāyana uvāca | bibhran mālāṃ mahātejāḥ padmotpalasamāyutām | viprekṣamāṇo bahubhir na tṛpyat sumahāhavam ||

વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા— મહાતેજસ્વી ઇન્દ્ર પદ્મ અને ઉત્પલથી ગૂંથેલી માળા ધારણ કરતા હતા. અનેક વીરોએ જોતા રહેલા તે મહાયુદ્ધને તેઓ સતત નિહાળતા રહ્યા, છતાં તૃપ્ત થયા નહીં.
