गोमतीगड़्योश्वैव संगमे लोकविश्रुते । अग्निष्टोममवाप्रोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत्
gomatīgaṅgayoś caiva saṅgame lokaviśrute | agniṣṭomam avāpnoti kulaṃ caiva samuddharet ||
રાજેન્દ્ર! ગોમતી અને ગંગાના લોકવિખ્યાત સંગમની નજીક માર્કંડેય ઋષિનું દુર્લભ તીર્થ છે. ત્યાં જઈ મનુષ્ય અગ્નિષ્ટોમ યજ્ઞનું ફળ પામે છે અને પોતાના કુલનો પણ ઉદ્ધાર કરે છે.
