भीष्म–रामजामदग्न्ययुद्धप्रस्थानवर्णनम्
Bhishma’s Account of Parashurama’s Challenge and the March to Kurukshetra
तत एनं समुद्विग्ना: सर्व एवाभिदुद्रुवु: । तपोधनास्ते सहसा काश्या च कुरुनन्दन
tata enaṁ samudvignāḥ sarva evābhidudruvuḥ | tapodhanās te sahasā kāśyā ca kurunandana ||
ત્યારે બધા જ અત્યંત વ્યાકુળ થઈ એકસાથે તેની તરફ દોડી આવ્યા. હે કુરુનંદન! તે તપોધન ઋષિઓ અને કાશીરાજની પુત્રી પણ ઉતાવળે નજીક આવી તેને હૃદયથી આલિંગન કરીને, હાથ ફેરવી, શીતળ જળ છાંટી અને વિજયસૂચક આશીર્વાદ આપી તેની વ્યથા શમાવવા લાગ્યા.
