नुदेद् वृद्धयसमृद्धी स प्रतिकूले नृपात्मज । राजकुमार! जिसे पहलेसे ही सभी पदार्थोकी अनित्यताका ज्ञान होता है
nuded vṛddhaya-samṛddhī sa pratikūle nṛpātmaja
રાજકુમાર! જેને પહેલેથી જ સર્વ પદાર્થોની અનિત્યતાનું જ્ઞાન હોય, તે જ્ઞાની પુરુષ પ્રતિકૂળ શત્રુની સમૃદ્ધિ અને પોતાની અવનતિથી ઉપજેલા દુઃખને વિચારથી શમાવી શકે છે.
