तद्राज्ये राज्यकामानां नान्यो धर्म: सनातन: । ऋते रक्षां तु विस्पष्टां रक्षा लोकस्य धारिणी
tad rājye rājyakāmānāṁ nānyo dharmaḥ sanātanaḥ | ṛte rakṣāṁ tu vispaṣṭāṁ rakṣā lokasya dhāriṇī ||
રાજ્ય ઇચ્છનાર અને રાજ્ય ધારણ કરનાર રાજાઓ માટે પોતાના રાજ્યમાં પ્રજાની સ્પષ્ટ અને અસરકારક રક્ષા સિવાય બીજો કોઈ સનાતન ધર્મ નથી. રક્ષાજ લોકને ધારણ કરે છે; પ્રજાની રક્ષા કરીને રાજા વ્યવસ્થા, ન્યાય અને સમાજની સ્થિરતા ટકાવે છે.
