Utkramaṇa-sthāna and Ariṣṭa-lakṣaṇa: Yājñavalkya’s Instruction on Departure Pathways and Mortality Signs
ग्रन्थस्यार्थस्य पृष्ट: संस्तादृशो वक्तुमर्हति । यथा तत्त्वाभिगमनादर्थ तस्य स विन्दति
granthasyārthasya pṛṣṭaḥ saṃstādṛśo vaktum arhati | yathā tattvābhigamanād arthaṃ tasya sa vindati
વસિષ્ઠે કહ્યું—ગ્રંથના અર્થ વિષે પૂછવામાં આવે ત્યારે યોગ્ય આચાર્યે શ્રોતાને અનુરૂપ રીતે કહેવું જોઈએ; કારણ કે તત્ત્વ સુધી પહોંચાડવાથી જ તે પુરુષ ગ્રંથનો અભિપ્રેત અર્થ સાચે પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે.
