विविधानां च भूतानां जड़मा: परमा नृप । जड़मानामपि तथा द्विपदा: परमा मता:

Transliteration

vividhānāṁ ca bhūtānāṁ jaṅgamāḥ paramā nṛpa | jaṅgamānām api tathā dvipadāḥ paramā matāḥ ||

Translation

મહારાજ! વિવિધ પ્રાણીઓમાં જંગમ (ચાલતા-ફરતા) પ્રાણીઓ શ્રેષ્ઠ માનવામાં આવે છે; અને તે જંગમોમાં પણ દ્વિપદ—માનવ—સર્વોત્તમ ગણાય છે.
