Adhyāya 166: Kṛtaghna-doṣa (कृतघ्नदोषः) — the fault of ingratitude and the limits of expiation

एवं तु समभिज्ञातामात्रेयीं वा निपातयेत्‌

evaṁ tu samabhijñātāmātreyīṁ vā nipātayet

આ રીતે જ્યારે તે સ્પષ્ટ રીતે ‘માત્રેયી’ તરીકે ઓળખાઈ જાય, ત્યારે તેને પાડી દેવી (નિપાત કરવી/દમન કરવું) જોઈએ.
