Shloka 31

अज्ञान–लोभयोः परस्परहेतुत्वम्

Mutual Causality of Ignorance and Greed

तत्‌ क्षिप्रं नुदते पापं सत्कारं लभते तथा । अपि चैन प्रसीदन्ति भूतानि जडमूकवत्‌

tat kṣipraṁ nudate pāpaṁ satkāraṁ labhate tathā | api caina prasīdanti bhūtāni jaḍamūkavat ||

તે (અઘમર્ષણ-જપ) દ્વારા મનુષ્ય ઝડપથી પાપ દૂર કરે છે અને સત્કાર પામે છે. એટલું જ નહીં, સર્વ પ્રાણી પણ જડ અને મૂક સમાન બની તેની ઉપર પ્રસન્ન થાય છે.
