कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च

सो<5पश्यत् तरुखण्डेषु मेघनीलवनस्पतिम्
so 'paśyat tarukhaṇḍeṣu megha-nīla-vanaspatim |
એ સમયે તેણે વૃક્ષોના સમૂહમાં મેઘ સમાન નીલવર્ણ, ઘન છાયા ધરાવતું એક મહાવૃક્ષ જોયું. છાંયો, નિવાસ અને ફળની ઇચ્છાથી અનેક પક્ષીઓ તેમાં આશ્રય લેતા હતા—જાણે વિધાતાએ પરોપકાર માટે જ એ મહાન વૃક્ષ રચ્યું હોય.
