Sandhi–Vigraha in Āpada: The Mouse and the Cat (सन्धिविग्रहापदि—मूषकमार्जारसंवादः)
मधुमांसैर्मूलफलैरन्नैरुच्चावचैरपि । सत्कृत्य भोजयामास मान्यान् परिचचार च
madhumāṁsair mūlaphalair annair uccāvacair api | satkṛtya bhojayāmāsa mānyān paricacāra ca ||
તે નિષાદ મધ, માંસ, મૂળ-ફળ અને નાનાં પ્રકારના અન્નથી સન્માનપૂર્વક પોતાના માતા-પિતાને ભોજન કરાવતો; અને અન્ય માનનીય પુરુષોની પણ સેવા-પરિચર્યા કરતો.
