निःश्वसन्तं यथा नागमर्जुन: प्रणयात्‌ सखा । निवर्तस्व महाबाहो नानृतं कर्तुमहसि

Transliteration

niḥśvasantaṃ yathā nāgam arjunaḥ praṇayāt sakhā | nivartasva mahābāho nānṛtaṃ kartum arhasi ||

Translation

ફુફકારતા નાગ સમા દીર્ઘ નિઃશ્વાસ લેતા તેમને જોઈ, સ્નેહસખા અર્જુને કહ્યું—“મહાબાહો! પાછા વળો; તમારી પ્રતિજ્ઞાને અસત્ય કરવું તમને યોગ્ય નથી.”
