Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
गतिरेषा तु मुक्तानां ये ज्ञानपरिनिषछिता: । प्रवृत्तयश्न या: सर्वा: पश्यन्ति परिणामजा:,ज्ञाननिष्ठ जीवन्मुक्त महात्माओंकी यही परम गति है; क्योंकि वे उन समस्त प्रवृत्तियोंको शुभाशुभ फल देनेवाली समझते हैं
gatir eṣā tu muktānāṃ ye jñāna-pariniṣṭhitāḥ | pravṛttayaś ca yāḥ sarvāḥ paśyanti pariṇāmajāḥ ||
વાયુ બોલ્યા—જ્ઞાનમાં પરિનિષ્ઠિત મુક્ત મહાત્માઓની આ જ પરમ ગતિ છે; કારણ કે તેઓ સર્વ પ્રવૃત્તિઓને પરિણામજન્ય તરીકે જુએ છે અને તેને શુભ-અશુભ ફળ આપનારી જાણીને અંદરથી મુક્ત રહે છે.
