Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties

इन्द्रियग्राम इत्येष मन एकादशं भवेत्‌ । एत॑ ग्रामं जयेत्‌ पूर्व ततो ब्रह्म प्रकाशते

Transliteration

indriyagrāma ityeṣa mana ekādaśaṁ bhavet | etaṁ grāmaṁ jayet pūrvaṁ tato brahma prakāśate ||

Translation

વાયુએ કહ્યું— ‘ઇન્દ્રિયોનો આ સમૂહ દસનો છે અને મન અગિયારમું છે. પહેલાં આ સમગ્ર સમૂહને જીતવો જોઈએ; ત્યાર પછી જ બ્રહ્મ પ્રકાશિત થાય છે.’
