Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
यज्ञ पशुपते: प्रीता वरुणस्य महात्मन: । स्वयम्भुवस्तु ता दृष्टवा रेत: समपतद् भुवि
yajñe paśupateḥ prītā varuṇasya mahātmanaḥ | svayambhuvas tu tā dṛṣṭvā retaḥ samapatad bhuvi ||
પશુપતિના યજ્ઞમાં તે દેવાંગનાઓ અત્યંત પ્રસન્ન હતી. તેમને જોઈને સ્વયંભૂ બ્રહ્માનું વીર્ય અનાયાસે ધરતી પર પડી ગયું.
