श्रीरवाच लोककान्तास्मि भद्ठ व: श्रीर्नामाहं परिश्रुता । मया दैत्या: परित्यक्ता विनष्टा: शाश्वती: समा:

Transliteration

śrīr uvāca—lokakāntāsmī bhadraṃ vaḥ; śrīr nāmāhaṃ pariśrutā. mayā daityāḥ parityaktā vinaṣṭāḥ śāśvatīḥ samāḥ.

Translation

શ્રી (લક્ષ્મી) બોલ્યાં—ગાયો! તમારું કલ્યાણ થાઓ. હું લોકોની પ્રિયા, ‘શ્રી’ નામે સર્વત્ર પ્રસિદ્ધ છું. મેં દૈત્યોનો ત્યાગ કર્યો, તેથી તેઓ અનંત કાળ માટે વિનષ્ટ થયા.
