Merit and Destinations from the Gift of Cows
अश्वमेधसहस्रं च सत्यं च तुलया धृतम् । अश्वमेधसहस्राद्धि सत्यमेव विशिष्यते
aśvamedhasahasraṃ ca satyaṃ ca tulayā dhṛtam | aśvamedhasahasrād dhi satyam eva viśiṣyate ||
જો તુલાના એક પલ્લે પર હજાર અશ્વમેધ યજ્ઞોનું પુણ્ય અને બીજા પલ્લે પર માત્ર સત્ય મૂકવામાં આવે, તો હજાર અશ્વમેધોથી પણ સત્યનું પલ્લું ભારે પડશે; કારણ કે સત્ય જ શ્રેષ્ઠ છે.
