इति निश्चित्य मनसा रक्षां प्रति स भार्गव: । अन्वतिष्ठत् परं यत्नं यथा तच्छृणु पार्थिव
iti niścitya manasā rakṣāṃ prati sa bhārgavaḥ | anvatīṣṭhat paraṃ yatnaṃ yathā tac chṛṇu pārthiva pṛthvīnātha |
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—આ રીતે રક્ષાના વિષયમાં મનથી નિશ્ચય કરીને, તે ભાર્ગવે પરમ પ્રયત્ન હાથ ધર્યો. તે કેવી રીતે કર્યું, હે પાર્થિવ—સાંભળો.
