भीष्म उवाच व्यासमामन्त्रय राजेन्द्र पुरा यत्‌ पृष्टवानहम्‌ । तत्ते5हं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि तदिहैकमना: शृणु

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca: vyāsam āmantrya rājendra purā yat pṛṣṭavān aham | tat te 'haṃ sampravakṣyāmi tad ihaikamanāḥ śṛṇu ||

Translation

ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—હે રાજેન્દ્ર! પૂર્વકાળે મેં વ્યાસજીને બોલાવીને જે પ્રશ્ન કર્યો હતો (અને તેમણે જે ઉત્તર આપ્યો હતો), એ જ વિષય હું તને કહું છું. અહીં એકાગ્ર મનથી સાંભળ।
