अक्षरं परम॑ ब्रह्म बलवच्छक्र एव च । नीतिहानीति: शुद्धात्मा शुद्धो मान्यो गतागत:
akṣaraṁ paramaṁ brahma balavac chakra eva ca | nītiḥ anītiḥ śuddhātmā śuddho mānyo gatāgataḥ ||
વાયુએ કહ્યું—તે અક્ષર, પરમ બ્રહ્મ છે; અને તે જ બળવાન શક્ર (ઇન્દ્ર) પણ છે. તે નીતિ છે અને અનીતિ પણ; શુદ્ધાત્મા, પરમ શુદ્ધ, માન્ય, અને ગતિ-આગતિરૂપ સંસારચક્રનું તત્ત્વ છે.
