अधीत्य नीतिशास्त्राणि नीतियुक्तो न दृश्यते । अनभिशनज्ञश्न साचिव्यं गमित: केन हेतुना
adhītya nītiśāstrāṇi nītiyukto na dṛśyate | anabhiśanajñaḥ sacivyaṃ gamitaḥ kena hetunā ||
યુધિષ્ઠિરે કહ્યું—નીતિશાસ્ત્રો ભણીને પણ કોઈ મનુષ્ય નીતિયુક્ત દેખાતો નથી; અને નીતિથી અજાણ હોવા છતાં કોઈને મંત્રીપદ સુધી પહોંચાડવામાં આવે છે. આ કયા કારણે બને છે?
