Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
उमोवाच भगवन् सर्वभूतेश शूलपाणे महाव्रत । संशयो मे महान् जातस्तन्मे व्याख्यातुमहसि
umovāca bhagavan sarvabhūteśa śūlapāṇe mahāvrata | saṃśayo me mahān jātas tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||
ઉમાએ કહ્યું—હે ભગવન! સર્વભૂતેેશ્વર! શૂલપાણિ! મહાવ્રતધારી! મારા મનમાં એક મહાન સંશય ઊભો થયો છે; કૃપા કરીને તેનું સ્પષ્ટીકરણ કરો.
