धर्मराजे ह्ाृतिप्रीत्या पूर्णचन्द्र इवामले । प्रजानां रेमिरे तुल्यं नेत्राणि हृदयानि च
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
dharmarāje hṛtiprītyā pūrṇacandra ivāmale |
prājānāṃ remire tulyaṃ netrāṇi hṛdayāni ca ||
ધર્મરાજ યુધિષ્ઠિર પ્રત્યે હૃદયની પ્રીતિને કારણે—નિર્મળ પૂર્ણચંદ્ર સમાન—પ્રજા જ્યારે તેમને જુએ ત્યારે તેની આંખો અને હૃદય એકસાથે આનંદિત થઈ ઊઠતાં. તેમના દર્શનમાત્રથી સૌમાં સહજ અને સમાન હર્ષ પ્રગટતો.
