Cause of Kalmāṣapāda’s Niyoga under a Curse

तथा तु नियतात्मानं त॑ नृपं मुनिसत्तम: | आबभाषे स धर्मात्मा तस्यैवार्थचिकीर्षया

Transliteration

tathā tu niyatātmānaṃ taṃ nṛpaṃ munisattamaḥ | ābabhāṣe sa dharmātmā tasyaivārthacikīrṣayā ||

Translation

આ રીતે મન અને ઇન્દ્રિયોને સંયમમાં રાખી તપમાં સ્થિર રહેલા તે નૃપ સાથે ધર્માત્મા ઋષિશ્રેષ્ઠ વસિષ્ઠે તેની જ કાર્યસિદ્ધિ માટે વાત કરી।
