भीमस्य जलान्वेषणं तथा वनविश्रान्तिः

दुपद उवाच अनाश्षर्यत्रिदं ब्रह्मन्‌ विक्रान्तेषु महात्मसु । प्रीये त्वयाहं त्वत्तश्न॒ प्रीतिमिच्छामि शाश्व॒तीम्‌

Transliteration

dupada uvāca | anāścaryam idaṃ brahman vikrānteṣu mahātmasu | prīye tvayāhaṃ tvattaś ca prītim icchāmi śāśvatīm ||

Translation

દ્રુપદ બોલ્યા—“હે બ્રાહ્મણ! આપ જેવા પરાક્રમી મહાત્માઓમાં આવી ઉદારતા હોવી આશ્ચર્ય નથી. હું આપથી અત્યંત પ્રસન્ન છું અને આપ સાથે શાશ્વત મૈત્રી તથા સ્નેહ ઇચ્છું છું।”
