उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

विभीतकार्ककारञ्जस्नुहिच्छायां न चाश्रयेत् स्तंभदीपमनुष्याणाम् अन्येषां प्राणिनां तथा

Transliteration

vibhītakārkakārañjasnuhicchāyāṃ na cāśrayet staṃbhadīpamanuṣyāṇām anyeṣāṃ prāṇināṃ tathā

Translation

વિભીતક, આર્ક, કરંજ અને સ્નૂહિ વૃક્ષોની છાયાનો આશ્રય ન લેવો. તેમ જ સ્તંભ, દીપ, મનુષ્યો તથા અન્ય પ્રાણીઓનો પણ આશ્રય ન કરવો.
