सूर्यरथनिर्णयः (चन्द्रस्य पक्षवृद्धिक्षयविधानम्)

ततः पञ्चदशे भागे किंचिच्छिष्टे कलात्मके अपराह्णे पितृगणा जघन्यं पर्युपासते

Transliteration

tataḥ pañcadaśe bhāge kiṃcicchiṣṭe kalātmake aparāhṇe pitṛgaṇā jaghanyaṃ paryupāsate

Translation

ત્યારબાદ કલા-મય પંદરમા ભાગમાં, અપારાહ્ને જ્યારે થોડો અંશ બાકી રહે, ત્યારે પિતૃગણ તે જઘન્ય—અર્થાત્ શેષભાગ—ની પ્રતીક્ષા કરતાં ઉપાસના કરે છે।
