त्रिनाभिना तु चक्रेण पञ्चारेण समन्वितः सौवर्णः सर्वदेवानाम् आवासो भास्करस्य तु
trinābhinā tu cakreṇa pañcāreṇa samanvitaḥ sauvarṇaḥ sarvadevānām āvāso bhāskarasya tu

By portraying a divine abode structured as a sacred wheel, the verse supports a key Linga Purana theme: cosmic order (ṛta) is a manifested arrangement within Pati’s governance, and Linga-worship aligns the devotee (paśu) with that order through disciplined pūjā and contemplation.
Even though Shiva is not named directly, the verse implies a Shaiva Siddhanta hierarchy: the Devas inhabit ordered realms and perform functions, while the supreme regulator (Pati) transcends and grounds such structures—cosmic “wheels” are effects within His sovereignty, not the ultimate reality itself.
The imagery favors dhyāna (contemplative visualization) on cosmic order—useful in Pāśupata-oriented practice where the sādhaka meditates on divine governance and purifies paśu-bhāva (limited individuality) from pāśa (bondage) through steady worship and inner recollection.
