jānāmi bhavataḥ pūrvaṃ lalāṭādeva śaṅkara / prādurbhāvaṃ maheśān māmeva śaraṇaṃ vraja

Translation

હે શંકર, તારો પૂર્વ પ્રાદુર્ભાવ હું જાણું છું—તું લલાટમાંથી જ પ્રગટ થયો હતો. હે મહેશાન, માત્ર મારી જ શરણમાં આવ।
