Karma-yoga Discipline for the Twice-born: Upanayana, Upavīta Conduct, Guru-veneration, and Alms-regimen

असावहं भो नामेति सम्यक् प्रणतिपूर्वकम् / आयुरारोग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं तन्द्रादिपरिवर्जितः

asāvahaṃ bho nāmeti samyak praṇatipūrvakam / āyurārogyasiddhyarthaṃ tandrādiparivarjitaḥ

યથોચિત પ્રણામ કરીને ‘અસાવહં ભો—(અમુક) નામ’ આ વાક્ય યોગ્ય રીતે ઉચ્ચારવું. આયુ અને આરોગ્યસિદ્ધિ માટે તન્દ્રા વગેરે અવરોધો ત્યજી સચેત રહેવું.
