मदन्वये तु ये सूताः संभूता वेदवर्जिताः / तेषां पुराणवक्तृत्वं वृत्तिरासीदजाज्ञया

મારા વંશમાં જન્મેલા જે સૂતો વેદાધ્યયનથી વંચિત હતા, તેમના માટે અજા (બ્રહ્મા)ની આજ્ઞાથી પુરાણવક્તૃત્વ જ જીવનવૃત્તિ બની।
