Kṛṣṇa Defeats Bāṇāsura and Receives Śiva’s Prayers
The Śoṇitapura Battle and the Jvara Episode
ततस्तिर्यङ्मुखो नग्नामनिरीक्षन् गदाग्रज: । बाणश्च तावद् विरथश्छिन्नधन्वाविशत् पुरम् ॥ २१ ॥
tatas tiryaṅ-mukho nagnām anirīkṣan gadāgrajaḥ bāṇaś ca tāvad virathaś chinna-dhanvāviśat puram
પછી ગદાગ્રજ ભગવાને નિર્વસ્ત્ર સ્ત્રીને ન જોવાં માટે મુખ ફેરવી લીધું; અને બાણાસુર રથવિહોણો તથા તૂટેલા ધનુષવાળો બની તે તકમાં નગરમાં ભાગી ગયો।
