Pṛthu Pursues the Earth and the Earth Takes the Form of a Cow
Bhūmi as Gauḥ
सा दिशो विदिशो देवी रोदसी चान्तरं तयो: । धावन्ती तत्र तत्रैनं ददर्शानूद्यतायुधम् ॥ १६ ॥
sā diśo vidiśo devī rodasī cāntaraṁ tayoḥ dhāvantī tatra tatrainaṁ dadarśānūdyatāyudham
ગૌરૂપિણી દેવી ધરતી દિશા-વિદિશાઓમાં તથા સ્વર્ગલોકો અને ધરતી વચ્ચેના અંતરિક્ષમાં અહીં-ત્યાં દોડતી રહી; અને જ્યાં જ્યાં તે દોડી, ત્યાં ત્યાં રાજાને ધનુષ્ય-બાણ ઉઠાવી પીછો કરતા તેણે જોયો।
